      MissionReporting to the Steelcase International CFO, the EMEA Controlling Manager will work on a daily basis with the EMEA Business Leader and its organization and assume all Finance missions to support these markets.
EMEA covers 100 countries, with primary businesses in Eastern Europe, Morocco, Middle East, Italy.

Mission:

- Be the Finance business partner of the area leader to help him drive the business. Contribute to develop strategies and tactics for these markets, in an evolving business model. Give sense and perspective to numbers. Help setting ambitious targets. Challenge the organization.

- In charge of the monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting process. Explain the business and its results to both the local organization and the group. Anticipate decision making through tight forecasting, budgeting process.

- In a business going through significant changes, develop the finance organization and structure it to fulfil its missions.

- Build processes, tools, resources, strategies to support the business on pricing, yield analysis.

- Manage a team of 3 controllers. Develop and grow these individuals.

- Supervise our Morocco business from a Finance perspective

- Work in close collaboration with credit management team, investigating and reviewing credit risks involving customers and dealers.

- Manage Audits (statutory and internal) and legal affairs where appropriate, as well as tax that includes regular interaction with then Group Tax department.
      ProfileGraduated with a Business degree, you have 8/10 years experience in Finance, preferably in controlling or auditing sales organisations. Having experienced significant international exposure, you are fluent in English and other languages

Given the nature of this position, you are result driven and have well-developed analytical skills enabling you to develop efficient Finance strategies. An excellent communicator, you will have superior interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully perform as a mentor and team leader in assisting the businesses to implement efficient solutions.

Your intercultural sensitivity and networking ability will allow you to establish the most effective and trust-worthy relationships with stakeholders in different countries.
