REDCATS is a PPR company. The Redcats Group is currently seeking to recruit for the following position to be based at the HQs in Paris : Head of Compensation and Benefits (M/F)

      MissionAs part of the corporate HR team, you will take full responsibility for the following :

Remunerations and Social Advantages:
- Key interface with the Director of Compensation and Benefits of PPR;
- Animate the Compensation & Benefits network within the Redcats Group & coordinate the remuneration policies;
- Manage annual employee reviews and top executives packages;
- Benefit projects in France and abroad.
Management of International Mobility (expatriates, Detached Employees, VIE…) :
- Process individual files (work contract, expatriate package calculations…)
- Accompany employees at key stages (departure, integration, repatriate…) in liaison with local correspondents.
- Good knowledge of international mobility policy for all the expatriates and remuneration division heads.
Human Resource Manager for Head Quarters (approximately 55 people) :
- Recruit, develop and monitor the training policy
- Support Managers, follow the performance evaluation process, manage mobility…
- Animate the “comité d’entreprise”
      Profile- University degree or Business School with a Masters in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 8 years professional experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Creative approach and the capacity to propose and defend new ideas
- Capacity to work in a team and a strong sensitivity to different cultures
- Bilingual English/French, with a good capacity to communicate with Anglo-Saxons, among others
- Significant period outside of your country of origin, you are open to mobility
- Autonomous, flexible and hard working, you are analytical & have excellent listening skills
