REDCATS is engaged in an exciting transformation plan, incorporating among other strategic initiatives, a new leadership standard for the organization worldwide. Within this context, the Talent and Development teams will be at the forefront of change with responsibility for the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives and tools, to align people, processes, systems and programs.

      MissionReporting directly to the Talent & HR Development Director, and working closely with colleagues, HR business partners and senior management, you will :
- Actively participate in the creation of our talent management strategy
- Play a key role in designing and implementing strategic initiatives and tools that address regional and global needs.
- Be involved in and/or lead projects such as leadership and talent development programs, sourcing and assessing talents for our key strategic business areas, etc…
- Develop communication, marketing, and training methods on Talent Management processes and tools.
      ProfileThe ideal candidate will have :
- A solid experience in international human resources, with a strong focus on selection, career development and managing talent pools from different cultural backgrounds.
- Proven experience assessing competencies, within an assessment or a development centre would also be a real advantage.
- Strong skills to conduct and project manage workshops, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French, and a proven experience working in an international environment.
- Openness to inter cultural differences and diversity, business acumen, initiative, courage, adaptability and global vision
