Within the context of the International Corporate Volunteer Program (V.I.E.), Sanofi Pasteur offers early-career professionals the opportunity to undertake a particularly rich personal and professional international experience. Given the growth challenges in the Asia Pacific region, Sanofi Pasteur is seeking to recruit for the following V.I.E. position for an 18 months fixed contract : Clinical Trials Coordinator (M/F), based in HO CHI MINH, VIETNAM.

      Mission
Within the regional Study Management organization for Sanofi Pasteur in Vietnam, your mission will be to coordinate the preparation of the investigators sites for efficient clinical trials within the Asia Pacific region.

Principal Activities :

- Work closely with the relevant Clinical Trial Managers and Logistics Managers in charge of these trials, in order to follow the preparation of the different investigators sites and ensure that they are prepared and have the necessary expertise for the start of the trials.
- Develop and implement a communication strategy between the teams and the investigator sites working together on this project for the Asia Pacific region.
- Organize, in collaboration with the Clinical Trials Manager and the Logistics managers the appropriate logistic strategy for the products and samples.
- Identify the improvements to be made for the procedures and systems and follow the implementation.
      Profile
- Graduate with a degree in Pharmacy, Sciences and a specialization in Clinical development
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Clinical Research Assistant within a CRO or a Laboratory
- Fluency in English is necessary; Vietnamese would be a real advantage.
- Experience in a multicultural context
- Ability to word, excel, outlook

- Team spirit and open-minded
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with managers at different hierarchical levels.
- Rigorous, dynamic and a strong ability to move projects forward.
